Bonfire Out of Control

The organisers of this bonfire telephoned the Brigade to ask for help as the situation had got out of control. One crew from Camborne were mobilised to the scene and found an extremely large bonfire with substantial sparks and burning embers blowing in a gale force wind. At present the crew have one main jet in use and expect to be delayed some considerable time bringing the fire under control. We have no further information on this incident.
