Two appliances from Mevagissey attended a fire in a fire place on the first floor which had penetrated the ceiling void between the first and second floors. The fire was out on arrival of the crews but a thermal image camera and small tools were used to investigate the spread of the fire. The property is a two storey semi detached premises measuring approximately six metres by six metres.
