On initial reports for this fire, both appliances from Newquay were mobilised, on arrival it was found that a building measuring 20 x 10 metres was well alight, further resources were requested and appliances from Truro and St. Columb were mobilised, also an aerial ladder platform from Newquay, the command support vehicle from Truro and operational support vehicle from Falmouth are in attendance.

Update at 1245 hours: A total of six firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are committed at the scene, two jets and one hosereel jet are in use.

Update at 1345 hours: All teams of breathing apparatus wearers have been withdrawn from the scene, firefighters are still committed at this time cutting away and checking the area.
