Appliances from St. Ives and Penzance attended this incident. On arrival they found smoke and flames issuing from the first floor window of a 3 storey property. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hosereels to extinguish the fire, firefighters were delayed at the scene for a considerable time venting the property and turning over and damping down. The Brigade left the scene at approximately 1230 hours.
