On receipt of this call, crews from Perranporth were mobilised, on arrival at the scene the first floor of the premises was found to be heavily smokelogged, further resources were requested and an appliance from Newquay was mobilised. The property measured 20 x 15 metres and the fire was confirmed on the first floor, teams of firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were committed at the scene and used hosereels to extinguish the fire.
