Road Traffic Collision - Person Trapped
B3284, Allet, between Perranporth and Truro at 22/01/2009 10:15
One fire appliance from Perranporth, one fire appliance from Truro and the rescue tender from Camborne attended a road traffic collision. One casualty had been released before the arrival of the brigade and one casualty was still trapped in a vehicle.
The fire crews worked hard to cut the roof and the sides off the car to free the casualty, who was taken to hospital by air ambulance. The other casualty was taken to hospital by road ambulance.
