Gas Boiler Explosion

Two crews from Looe and one from Liskeard attended an incident where a gas boiler had exploded at the rear of a pub. Upon the crews arrival there was no sign of fire and crews checked the boiler using a thermal imageing camera. Soon after arrival crews confirmed that all persons had been accounted for and crews liased with police regarding the evacuation and setting up of an exclusion zone if required. Crews isolated the gas supply to the property and then left the incident in the hands of Gas engineers.
