Mine Valley, Near Kuggar, The Lizard at 18/03/2009 15:58
Four crews from Mullion, St Keverne and Helston attended a large gorse fire in Mine Valley near Kuggar on the Lizard. The fire covered 40 hectares and was burning on several fronts. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed.
Crews were detained for a considerable time, the last appliance returning to their home station at approximately 2030 hours.
