Person Rescued From Smoke Filled Flat

Two crews from St Austell and one from Mevagissey attended an incident where the smoke alarms were sounding in a flat full of smoke and the residents were believed to be inside. Upon crews arrival one casualty had been rescued from the second floor flat by a Police officer. Crews then ventilated the property using a positive pressure ventilation fan.
