Two appliances from Truro were mobilised to this incident. On arrival they found that the fire was in the fryer and extraction unit, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hosereels and dry powder extinguishers to put out the fire. An ambulance was requested for persons suffering from smoke inhilation. Crews were detained for some time at the incident, returning by approximately 1300 hours.
