On receipt of this call, appliances from Penzance were mobilised, on arrival at the address there was found to be a cooker fire, which was fortunately out on arrival, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property with a hosereel to ensure the fire was out, the positive pressure fan was also used to ventilate the premises. West Country Ambulance attended and treated one person for the effects of smoke inhilation.
