Portacabin On Fire

Three major appliances, two landrovers, from St Columb, St Dennis and Bodmin attended a Portacabin and large rubbish dump on fire in Demelza. Along side these fire appliances the Command Support unit from Truro, the Environmental Support Unit from Bodmin attended alongside two Fire Officers. Crews used one hosereel and two breathing apparatus on the fire and appliances were used to shuttle water to the incident as there were poor water supplies to this area. The fire was left to burn under supervision.
