On receipt of this call appliances from Callington were mobilised, before the crews arrived on scene a request was made for two further appliances, when the crews arrived at the scene a further two appliances were requested.
The fire involves two new build domestic properties consisting of three floors.
The appliances in attendance are from Callington, Saltash and Liskeard also the operational support vehicle from St. Austell. Approximately 40 Fire Brigade personnel are in attendance.

Update at 0430 hours: A total of 3 jets also hosereels are in use at this time.

Update at 0453 hours: A total of 6 personnel wearing breathing apparatus are now committed at the scene, there are still 3 jets and a hosereel in use.

Update at 0515 hours: Crews are continuing with offensive firefighting at this time.

Update at 0545 hours: There has been no change, crews are still committed at the scene.

Update at 0615 hours: The situation still remains the same as previous.

Update at 0645 hours: Crews have been withdrawn from the immediate area at this time and are assessing the situation. Some appliances have left and are returning to their home stations.

Update at 0701 hours: Three main jets are in use, crews are delayed for a considerable time damping down.
Arson is suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed. Further investigations will be taking place.

Update at 0730 hours: The fire is still ongoing, but is reduced with crews damping down. The fire involved a two storey domestic building under construction, measuring 50 by 30 metres the fire also involved an adjacent property which suffered superficial damage.
