Appliances from Bodmin and Launceston were mobilised on receipt of this call, on arrival they found the lorry, which contained bagged catfood, well alight, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hosereels to fight the fire, the water carrier was required to provide extra water at the incident. Crews were detained at the scene for a time damping down, finally returning at approximately 0930 hours. Further details from Devon & Cornwall Police.
