Two fire appliances from Torpoint and one fire appliance from Liskeard were mobilised to a report of a fire in an airing cupboard that was spreading to the loft space.
Two teams of firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the bungalow, measuring 11 metres by 7 metres, to extinguish the fire using one hosereel.
