Fire At Sawmills

The Brigade were called to a report of flames seen and upon attendance found a fire involving new timber and the contents of a metal clad building. Crews from Redruth, Camborne and Truro attended and specialist appliances from Penzance and Falmouth. 2 Jets were used and 4 breathing apparatus.
Update: 07:14 21/06/09 The fire in the building has now been extinguished and crews are now damping down external stacks of wood for hot spots.
