The Brigade was called to a property in Coinage Hall Street, Helston to a washing machine fire.

Two appliances from Helston attended and a Wholetime Officer. On arrival they used 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel Jet to investigate a heavily smoked logged room. On investigation the fire was out on arrival and the crews inspected the appliances, they also used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the room of smoke.
