At 2210hrs the brigade were called to a report of smoke seen in a wooded area of Porthallow. One appliance from St Keverne attended and found a small bonfire under control with a person in attendance.
There are no further details available regarding this incident. If anyone has a bonfire please contact the Brigade on our administration line (01872) 320205 to advise us, this will avoid appliances being turned out to controlled burning.
