Four crews from Torpoint, Liskeard and Looe attended a House fire in Portwrinkle. Crews used 6 breathing apparatus, one hosereel, one fog fighter branch and a main jet to extinguish the fire. The fire had started in a lean-to bedroom and spread to an en-suite bathroom. The ground floor, first floor and a mezannine level of the property were severly damaged by smoke and heat.
Crews are currently cutting away hot spots from the roof and removing the roof cover to ensure the fire is completely extinguished. Crews are salvaging items from the property.
