At 1238 this afternoon the Brigade was called to a Road Traffic Collision outside a property called Polmanter Cottage in Halsetown.

Two appliances from St Ives and the Rescue Tender from Camborne attended along with a Wholetime Officer.

The crews found two vehicles involved and one female trapped in one of the vehicles. The crews used Crash Rescue Equipment to release the casualty who was then conveyed to hospital by the air ambulance. The crews stayed on scene to ensure the vehicles were made safe and to make up equipment.
