The Brigade were called to a report of a flat on fire in Newquay. Crews from Newquay and St Columb attended and extinguished the fire using 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hosereel. A Positive Pressure Ventilation fan was used to remove the smoke from the premises.

Arson is suspected and the Police are on scene and making enquiries.
