Crews from Wadebridge attended a reported kitchen fire in Trenant Vale. On arrival the firefighters found the fire had been extinguished by the occupier but he needed treatment from ambulance crew for burns and smoke inhalation. The crew used a positive pressure ventilating fan to clear smoke from the premises.
There are no further details regarding the casualty or on this incident.
