At approximately 2pm today the Fire and Rescue Service were called to assist at a road traffic collision. A 4 x 4 towing a trailer, containing four large cows had overturned onto its side. Crews from Newquay and Bodmin attended and using crash rescue equipment and small tools managed to release the cows and relocate them to a neighbouring field. There are no further details available regarding this incident.
