Two crews from Camborne attended a call to a smell of burning coming from a School basement. Upon Crews arrival the School Children had been evacuated to a safe place. The crews found a generator in the basement on fire. Crews isolated the mains electrics to the generator and extinguished the fire using a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher and two breathing apparatus. The fire was confined to the basement area and firefighters remained on scene until engineers attended the incident.
