Fire In Derelict Building

Two fire appliances from Bodmin attended a fire in a derelict clay works building. The fire involved about 20 metres square of the single-storey asbestos-roof building, measuring 130 metres by 30 metres. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one jet to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera was used to check for hotspots.
