Two fire appliances from Bude attended a fire in the chimney of a woodburner. The crews used a thermal imaging camera, stirrup pump and rods to extinguish the fire by 1310hrs.

Solid Fuel Fires - Once a year for smokeless fuel; twice a year for coal
Wood Burning Fires - 4 times a year when in use
Gas Fires - Once a year if designed for sweeping
Oil Fires - Once a year
