Appliances from Redruth, Camborne and Perranporth attended a report of smoke issuing from this property. On arrival crews found smoke issuing from the premises, which is a detached two storey domestic dwelling, measuring approximately eight metres by four metres. Crews wearing four breathing apparatus and using one hosereel extinguished the fire in the roof space.
