On receipt of this call, both appliances from St. Austell were mobilised, on arrival the fire, which involved a microwave, was fortunately out, crews proceeded to inspect the premise and ensure everything was safe. One person was treated at the scene by West Country Ambulance personnel for the effects of smoke inhilation.
