Two crews from St Keverne and one from Mullion were mobilised to a reported fire coming from a front window of a property. The bungalow involved measured 6 x 5 meters. Crews used one hosereel and one jet supplied by a hydrant to extinguish the fire. Crews used 6 breathing apparatus to check adjoining bungalows loft space to prevent further spread of the fire. At 00:12 a third appliance was requested to attend from Helston to provide further breathing apparatus supplies. Western power engineers attended to isolate the electricity supply and the premise occupant and a neighbour were rehoused.
