Smell of Burning In Property

On receipt of this call, appliances from St. Keverne were mobilised. On arrival at a block of flats, the crew investigated a strong smell of burning. On investigation, using a thermal image camera, it was found that a night storage heater was smouldering, crews proceeded to isolate the heater and remove from the property to open air. They then ensured the area was safe by isolating the electrical supply.
