Residents were woken by their fire alarm in a property this morning.
On arrival crews from Launceston believed that the fire in the grill pan was out and used two breathing apparatus to investigate. Firefighters reported that all persons were accounted for and one female was treated by the Ambulance for minor smoke inhalation.
The cause is believed to be accidental and confined.
