Appliances from St Ives and Penzance attended a reported house fire. Crews found a fire in a two storey detached property, measuring approximately eight metres by five metres. Firefighters wearing two breathing apparatus and using one hose reel extinguished the fire located in the ground floor lounge. One casualty was taken to hospital by land ambulance suffering from smoke inhalation.
