Mill Lawn Farm - Golberdon at 09/03/2010 16:03

At 1603 this afternoon the Fire & Rescue Service received a call to a stable on fire at Mill Lawn Farm near Golberdon. Two appliances from Callington, one appliance from Liskeard and a wholetime Officer attended. On arrival the Service found a stable 5m x 8m containing straw well alight. The crews used two breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a light portable pump to engage the fire.

The crews brought the blaze under control and are at present damping the scene down.
