Fire In Microwave Oven

Two fire appliances from Fowey were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm actuating. Shortly after, a second call was received confirming a fire in a microwave oven.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to deal with the fire. A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear the smoke from the building.
