Chimney Fire

Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service attended a chimney fire at a property at Black Cross, Newquay. Two appliances from St Columb and a Wholetime Officer attended as smoke had entered the adjacent properties loft space.
The crews used a stirrup pump and rods and a 135 ladder to extinguish the chimney and checked premises to ensure all was safe.
