Shed, Conifers and Electricity Pole Fire

A Crew from St Austell were forwarded from standby on Bodmin station to a bonfire which had spread and caught a garden shed on fire. Upon crews arrival the fire had spread to involve a garden shed measuring 8 x 5 m a hedge of conifers and an electric pole. Crews used one hosereel and two breathing apparatus on the fire. Western power engineers attended to isolate the electricity supply to the pole involved. Crews damped the scene down.
