Two crews from Newquay were called to Crantock to a property fire, at their arrival they were faced with a building measuring approxminately 5m x 10m with a severe fire in the first floor bedroom, crews used 4 breathing apparatus a hosereel and a jet. This fire spread to an adjoining premises by the roof space, all persons are accounted for, crews ventilated and used their thermal imaging camera to check for further smoke. This incident was arson suspected and the police are investigating.
