On receipt of several calls for this incident, appliances from Redruth and Camborne were mobilised, on arrival there was found to be a caravan measuring approximately 8 by 4 metres well alight, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were used at the scene, one main jet and two high pressure hosereels were used to extinguish the fire, which had spread and involved two vehicles and an electricity pole. The cause was accidental.
