Dog Rescued From Culvert

The owners of a female terrier requested the assistance of the Fire Service to help rescue their dog from a dry culvert on moorland near their farm. The dog had been chasing a fox and had got stuck. Crew from Liskeard worked hard on difficult, unstable ground to successfully release the dog from approximately 6 foot below the surface. The dog was then happily reunited with her owners and her 4 puppies back at the farm.
