Both appliances from Liskeard were mobilised to this incident, on arrival the crews found that there had been an incident involving an electric shower, fortunately the fire was out on arrival, two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus ventilated the property to clear it of any lingering smoke. Smoke alarms were present within the property, but Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service fitted additional smoke alarms to ensure the occupants safety.
