On receipt of this call, appliances from Penzance and St. Just also the rescue tender from Camborne were mobilised, on arrival there were found to be two vehicles involved with two persons trapped within the vehicles, Fire & Rescue personnel used crash rescue equipment to release the casualties, who were transferred to RCH Treliske by a Sea King Helicopter from Culdrose. West Country Ambulance were also in attendance. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police, who also attended.
