On receipt of this call appliances from Perranporth, Redruth and Truro attended. On arrival the fire was found to be in the kitchen of a semi detached property measuring 30 metres by 5 metres, and was well alight, the fire then spread to the first floor and the lounge and dining room, teams of firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used high pressure hosereels and also jets to extinguish the fire. The cause was accidental.
