At 1117 this morning, CFRS received a call to a road traffic collision on the A30 westbound carriageway at Highgate Hill, Fraddon. One appliance from St Columb attended the incident. A 4x4 vehicle towing a trailer that was carrying a generator had turned over. Fuel was spilt on the road so the attending crew made the vehicle safe & stood by until the generator was recovered. One lane of the A30 was blocked until the recovery was completed causing severe tailbacks.
