Barn Fire
Near A30, Tremodrett, Near Roche at 07/09/2003 19:15
2 appliances from St Dennis and an appliance from St Austell attended a fire involving a barn containing about 600 bales of hay and straw. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used 2 hosereels and a jet to prevent the fire from spreading. The fire is now being allowed to burn out under the supervision of a crew. This fire is expected to burn through the night.
Arson is suspected and the police are now dealing.
