On receipt of this call appliances from Callington and Saltash were mobilised, on arrival there was a fire found to be in an upstairs bedroom, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a high pressure hosereel to extinguish the fire, the crews then proceeded to ventilate the property using the positive pressure fan and carry out salvage work. West Country Ambulance attended and carried out a precautionary check on one person at the scene.
