Two appliances from Redruth attended a field fire of one and a half acres in the Mawla area which had spread to the hedges. Crew used two hose reel jets and beaters to extinguish the arson suspected fire. Police were informed.
There is no further information about this incident from Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service.
