On receipt of this call, both appliances from Launceston were mobilised, on arrival at the scene the fire was found to be in a detached house which was under construction, four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were committed to the incident with a high pressure hosereel and a jet, the fire was confined to the third floor and roof space of the property, Fire & Rescue Personnel also used the thermal image camera, the positive pressure fan and small gear at the scene. Arson was suspected. Details were passed to Devon & Cornwall Police, who were in attendance.
