Three crews from Perranporth, Truro and Newquay attended a call to an garage on fire. Crews requested an Ambulance on their arrival as there was an unconscious casualty at the scene. The garage involved measured 10 x 15 meters, the fire was believed to have been started by an electrical fault. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hosereel on the fire. Western Power engineers attended the scene to disconnect the electricity supply to the garage. Fire crews used a thermal imaging camera at the incident and the fire was confirmed to have started accidentally.
