One crew from Redruth were mobilised to a call to a fire at the rear of Newton court. On crews arrival they found smoke issuing from an external wall cavity. Crews used one hosereel and one thermal imaging camera. At 15:00hrs crews requested a second fire appliance attend and a Flexi duty officer. Crews cut away parts of the building to expose the fire and crews used one hosereel to extinguish the fire.
