Two crews and a Flexi duty Officer attended a call to a fuse box on fire attached to a single storey bungalow. On crews arrival the external electrical fuse box was well alight. Crews used a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher on the fire. Electricity engineers were requested to attend the incident to isolate the underground electricity supply. A positive pressure ventilation fan was used along with a Thermal imaging camera, to monitor the situation. The incident was left in the hands of an underground digging team of electricity engineers who will isolate the electricity supply to the property.
